Our location
One interchange, every direction that matters. From the I-75 / I-595 junction, your freight is minutes from both ports, both airports, and the Sawgrass retail corridor.
That matters when a container clears Port Everglades mid-afternoon, or a truck has to make Miami before the gate closes. Shorter drayage runs, more turns per driver, fewer rush fees.

Rates assume straightforward loading and unloading: a dock-height truck and a pallet jack. Complex loads or non-dock-height trucks aren't a problem, but they're priced by hand: ask for a custom quote.
Below our 10-pallet minimum, so priced at the $250/month minimum. Exceptions happen: ask us for a custom quote.

What we do
This is commercial warehousing, not self-storage. We store business inventory that lives on pallets, plus trade show crates. And if you need us to touch the freight, we do that too.
Pallet storage
Short-term and long-term, on racks, not stacked on a floor. Overflow for your busy season or a permanent home for your inventory.
Pick & pack
We pull items from your pallets, pack them to your spec, and get them ready to ship.
Order fulfillment
Orders come in, boxes go out. We handle the middle so you don't need your own warehouse crew.
Cross-docking
Freight comes off one truck and onto another, with no storage charges for goods that are just passing through.
Trade show crates
Between shows, your booth and crates live on our racks, in one piece and ready for the next load-out.

Is this self-storage?
No, and that's the point. We're a commercial warehouse for business inventory that sits on pallets, plus trade show crates. No roll-up units, no household clutter. If you're looking for a place for personal belongings, a self-storage facility will fit you better.
Can you store perishables?
No. We don't take perishable or temperature-sensitive goods. The warehouse is dry, secure, and fully sprinklered, but it isn't refrigerated. If your freight needs to stay cold, we're not the right fit, and we'll tell you that on the first call.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, two kinds: long-term storage earns a better rate than month-to-month, and higher pallet counts earn volume pricing. Tell us your count and timeline when you ask for a quote and we'll price both ways.
Are my pallets stacked on the floor?
Never. The entire warehouse is built out with pallet racks, so every pallet sits in its own slot. Nothing crushed underneath, and any pallet can come down without unstacking others.
Is there a minimum?
Yes: 10 pallets, which works out to $250 per month at the standard rate. Close but not quite there? Exceptions can be made: call us for a custom quote.
How fast can I move in?
Same-day move-in is available when a dock is open. And you deal with one person from first call to last pallet out: a single point of contact who knows your account. We keep it simple: easy to work with, reliable, and reachable.
What if I need more than storage?
We run a full-service 3PL (receiving, fulfillment, and shipping) under our sister company Gazelle Ship. Same family, same warehouse discipline. Ask about it when you call.
